P0 · Evidence governance

Editorial policy, sources and corrections

Every volatile claim receives a source, date, confidence level and owner. A conflict remains public; a correction updates the register and page without silently rewriting history.

Direct answer

Every volatile claim receives a source, date, confidence level and owner. A conflict remains public; a correction updates the register and page without silently rewriting history.

Hierarchy

We prioritise federal authority, operator, transport provider, municipality and accessibility source. Search results, aggregators, reviews and SEO tools generate hypotheses, not publishable facts. A commercial source can establish what an operator claims, not that the promised experience is universal.

Observations

The field log requires date, time, route, scheduled and actual duration, exit, surface, lighting, stairs or lift, luggage, entrance, queue, tables, minimum, languages, crowd, limitations and evidence. It currently contains zero independent visits. We refuse to turn one observation into a permanent fact.

Correction

A correction request should identify the page, passage, source and date. The editor compares new evidence with the register, changes status and records the update. Commercial terms cannot buy a correction or remove relevant regulatory information.
